Job Description

Lightspeed is seeking a full-time Field Account Executive based in Florida to drive revenue for its growing golf division. The Field Account Executive will play a crucial role in expanding Lightspeed's presence in the golf industry by providing golf courses with cutting-edge technology and exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Source leads and generate interest in Lightspeed Golf products.
  • Demo Lightspeed’s golf product to qualified leads.
  • Visit golf courses and meet with golf course operators.
  • Nurture and manage sales pipeline.
  • Work with management on pricing negotiations.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Help refine internal processes.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences, when required.
  • Handle other duties and responsibilities defined by management.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of the golf industry and a passion for golf.
  • Experience in golf management.
  • Willingness and ability to travel and meet golf courses in-person.
  • Comfortable with online and in-person sales.
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate resourcefulness.
  • Team-first mentality.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
