Account Executive, Mid-Market, France at Notion

Notion is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join its GTM Sales Team in Dublin, Ireland. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in building pipeline, generating revenue, and expanding Notion's strategic customers in the French market. This role involves defining and iterating on sales motions and providing customer feedback to help shape the product roadmap.

Notion is an in-person company and requires employees to come to the office for two anchor days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new potential accounts by educating contacts about the benefits of Notion.
• Maintain strong relationships with Notion's existing customer base while identifying expansion opportunities.
• Iterate on the contract renewal process to retain and grow customers while mitigating churn or contraction.
• Hold meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals.
• Drive executive-level relationships.
• Run product demos to close business.
• Help build playbooks and define the sales motion.
• Liaise with the user base to provide customer experience.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of full cycle sales at a fast growing software company.
• Fluency in English and French.
• A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles hitting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Positive and open-minded attitude.
• An ability to operate within the gray and find creative or out-of-the-box solutions when faced with ambiguity.
