This role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence, verifying the accuracy of customer applications, analyzing and archiving incoming cases, settling credit agreements, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Contacting clients via phone, email and written correspondence
  • Verifying the correctness of applications submitted by clients
  • Analyzing, verifying, registering and archiving incoming cases
  • Settling credit agreements
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Experience in providing customer service over the phone
  • Proficiency in computer operation, especially MS Office suite
  • Accuracy and reliability
  • Very good work organization
