Retail Operations Intern, UK (Based in Hong Kong)

Job Description

CASETiFY is seeking a Retail Operations Intern to support its retail expansion in the UK. The intern will assist in setting up and ensuring the smooth operation of the upcoming store. This role offers hands-on experience in retail operations and the chance to contribute to a global brand's retail expansion.

Role involves:

• Coordinating inventory and stock management documentation.
• Assisting with vendor communication and store supplies ordering.
• Assisting in essential documents for store permits, insurance, compliance etc.
• Coordinating deliveries and setup support for POS systems, fixtures, and tech accessories.
• Assisting in creating monthly visual merchandising plans tailored to the UK market.
• Implementing VM updates across the store, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Localising VM materials and ensuring accuracy.
• Acting as a key communication link between the Global Retail team and the local UK store team.
• Translating global updates into clear, actionable briefs for local staff.
• Tracking in-store marketing asset placement.
• Creating visually engaging retail communication materials using tools like Canva.
• Localising global design templates for the UK market.

Requirements:

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Retail Management, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across global and local teams.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and Canva; bonus if familiar with any project management tools.
• Interest in tech, design, and retail trends.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple deadlines.
