Delivery Manager – Multimodality LLM Engagement

Job Description

Turing is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead the execution of LLM training projects. The Delivery Manager will manage a cross-functional team and be accountable for client alignment, throughput, quality, and operational efficiency. This role requires hands-on delivery leadership, team scaling, and stakeholder management.

Role involves:

• Owning the full project lifecycle.
• Managing multiple concurrent LLM training streams.
• Leading and coordinating distributed remote teams.
• Acting as the strategic point of contact for clients.
• Building and maintaining project trackers and dashboards.
• Ensuring clarity, accuracy, and completeness in outputs.

Requirements:

• 4–8 years of experience in a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or similar role.
• Proven track record in managing project lifecycles and scaling teams.
• Strong experience in client-facing roles.
• Experience managing diverse and distributed teams.
• Working knowledge of multimedia modalities.
• Proficient in using project management and tracking tools.
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
