Job Description
Simtra BioPharma Solutions is seeking a Shift Supervisor (m/w/d) for conjugation and purification at their Halle/Westfalen, Germany location. This role is responsible for establishing a new batch production area within conjugation and purification. The Shift Supervisor will lead a shift team, ensuring proper training, adherence to processes, and support of the production plan. Responsibilities:- Disciplinary leadership of a shift team (2-shift and 3-shift operation) including conducting employee performance reviews.
- Creation of shift schedules and assignment of the shift team.
- Regular monitoring of work results including batch records.
- Ensuring timely completion of onboarding and training for subordinate employees.
- Conducting regular inspections in the form of 6S, EHS, and GMP inspections.
- Organization of routine processes in the areas of batch preparation, preparation, and external areas.
- Support for compliance with processes and the production plan.
- Support in the continuous review of Executed Batch Records and the booking of materials.
- Completed training as a pharmaceutical technician (m/w/d), chemical technician (m/w/d), production specialist (m/w/d), and ideally a completed pharmacy master's degree.
- Initial knowledge in the production of antibody-drug conjugates preferred conjugation, diafiltration, chromatography and buffer preparation.
- Leadership skills.
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to work shifts.
