Job Description
Ditto is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial transactions and support the month-end close process. The Accountant will work closely with the Director of Accounting and finance team, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and streamlining accounts payable/receivable processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accrual accounting and experience in a SaaS or technology company.

Responsibilities:
  • Process vendor invoices and payments.
  • Monitor customer payments and outstanding balances.
  • Assist with month-end close procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and revenue recognition principles.
  • Support financial audits.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting.
  • Strong understanding of accrual accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems).
  • Strong Excel skills.
