Job Description
Wyse Meter Solutions Inc. is seeking a Client Success Manager to oversee and manage the interaction between the company and its clients. The Client Success Manager will build and nurture strong client relationships and create initiatives to manage, support, and develop the client success team.Role involves:
- Managing the Client Success team and monitoring their progression in meeting annual KPIs.
- Developing communication material for customers and clients.
- Proactively managing and supporting the customer portfolio.
- Developing and managing training programs for Property Managers and Customers.
- Overseeing and developing ongoing client analysis and reporting.
- Identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities.
- Serving as a key point of contact for Wyse’s clients on post-sales and post-implementation.
- Supporting the development of procedures and policies for handling client correspondence and requests.
- Monitoring the Wyse General Inquiries portal.
- Coordinating client needs and requests with Wyse’s internal departments.
- Providing support and direction as it relates to client presentations, reporting, and general inquiries.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in customer service with a strong focus on building relationships.
- 5 years’ experience in Unit Sub-Metering or Utility Management highly preferred.
- 5 years’ experience in Account Management preferred.
- University Degree or similar.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, ERP systems and CRM software.
