Alchemy is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to join their team in Bucharest. This role is crucial in building a positive candidate experience and supporting the talent acquisition team. The Recruiting Assistant will be the face of Alchemy for candidates, ensuring they are excited about the possibility of joining the company. This is a hybrid role based in their Bucharest office, requiring onsite presence 2-3 days per week.
What this role involves: - Architecting an unforgettable candidate journey, from scheduling phone and video calls to organizing seamless onsite and virtual interviews.
- Building strong relationships with candidates and the team, ensuring communication is friendly, professional, and confidential.
- Partnering with recruiters to bring creative ideas to life, from improving processes to launching innovative talent acquisition programs.
- Owning the interview experience—tracking and optimizing every interaction, acting as the go-to point of contact for candidates.
- Maintaining accurate data in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Requirements: - 2+ years of scheduling or coordination experience, ideally in a fast-paced setting.
