Notion is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join their GTM Sales Team in Tokyo, Japan. The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in building pipeline, generating revenue, and expanding strategic customer relationships.

What this role involves:

  • Prospecting and developing new potential accounts.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Iterating on the contract renewal process.
  • Holding meetings with prospective customers.
  • Running product demos.
  • Building playbooks and defining our sales motion.
  • Liaising with the user base to provide customer experience.
  • Working cross-functionally with internal teams.

Skills required:

  • 5+ years of full cycle sales experience at an IT company.
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding quotas.
  • Engaging and compelling presentation skills.
  • Builder mentality.
