Job Description
Notion is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join their GTM Sales Team in Tokyo, Japan. The Account Executive will be instrumental in building pipeline, generating revenue, and expanding Notion's most strategic customers. This role involves defining and iterating on sales motions and providing customer feedback to help shape the product roadmap. Notion is an in person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).
  • Prospecting and developing new potential accounts.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Iterating on the contract renewal process.
  • Holding meetings with prospective customers.
  • Running product demos.
  • Building playbooks and defining sales motion.
  • Liaising with the user base to provide customer experience.
  • Collaborating with internal teams.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in full cycle sales.
  • A track record of high achievement.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
