Job Description
Anaplan is seeking a Partner Sales Director to spearhead the Tech, Media & Telco (TMT) segment in the Americas. This role involves driving Anaplan’s partner sales strategy in collaboration with North America Alliance Leaders, Partner & Alliance Teams, Anaplan Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. The Partner Sales Director will play a crucial role in authoring and delivering originated/sourced revenue, co-sold revenue, and pipeline creation to meet or exceed Americas industry-specific sales goals. This position reports directly to the VP of Partner & Alliances for the Americas, with dual accountability to the TMT Area Vice President of Sales for the Americas.Role involves:
- Developing and implementing a detailed TMT partner strategy and business plan.
- Contributing to the development and evangelism of the Global Partners & Alliances strategy.
- Managing policies and plans to avoid conflict with partners in direct and indirect channels.
- Identifying new market opportunities and ensuring partner collaboration from pre-sale through post-sale cycles.
- Building a comprehensive network of Anaplan partner leaders in the TMT segment.
Requirements:
- Experience in Cloud and SaaS software sales, consulting, customer support, and/or partner management.
- Strategic problem-solving skills with an execution-oriented approach.
- Industry knowledge and the ability to collaborate with global system integrator partners and C-suite leaders.
- Proven track record in sales and go-to-market execution.
- Demonstrable experience in Business Development, including alliance establishment and management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
