Job Description
Anaplan is seeking a Customer Success Business Partner to ensure the successful deployment, user adoption, and ongoing health of customers' Anaplan solutions. The Customer Success Business Partner will be the primary contact for customers, collaborating with partners and professional services to ensure smooth implementation, high ROI, and long-term success. They will provide technical support, deliver training, manage implementation services, and handle or escalate issues to ensure strong customer satisfaction and solution adoption.Role involves:
- Managing a portfolio of customers, driving adoption, expansion, retention, and maximizing ROI.
- Serving as a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve objectives and transform processes using Anaplan.
- Identifying customer pain points and guiding them on how Anaplan can address their needs.
- Leading Quarterly Success Reviews (QSRs) and presenting Success Scorecards.
- Expanding Anaplan usage through workshops and promoting new use cases.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Representing the voice of the customer internally.
- Identifying renewal risks and partnering on mitigation plans.
- Advising customers on establishing a Center of Excellence.
- Contributing to customer success assets and supporting reference and case study development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, presales, or management consulting.
- Background in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Enterprise Planning, or Analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in Technical Customer Success, SaaS platforms, Project Leadership, Technology Consulting, or Advisory roles.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Familiarity with software development processes and design methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
