Job Description
Heartflow is seeking a Finance Manager, Revenue Analytics to join their Finance team. This role is responsible for the accurate tracking, management, and reporting of customer pricing and rebate programs. The Finance Manager will ensure the integrity of financial data related to contracts, pricing, and rebates within the ERP system (NetSuite) and collaborate with various cross-functional teams to optimize revenue recognition and billing processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of contract review, financial analysis, and ERP systems, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position targets candidates in or willing to work in PST time zone.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of contract terms and revenue recognition principles.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including experience with complex formulas and data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Experience working with IT teams to implement system changes.
