Product Manager

Job Description

AXS, a subsidiary of AEG, is seeking a talented and motivated Product Manager to join their Product Management team. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the entire product life cycle for certain product(s) from planning to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality products that meet business needs. The Product Manager will contribute to the future product direction by analyzing customer feedback, monitoring product performance, and making recommendations.What this role involves:

• Leading product development and management cycle for certain product(s).
• Working closely with engineering, UX design, data analytics, and client success teams.
• Driving the discovery process, forming hypotheses, defining OKRs, and evaluating solutions.
• Building and maintaining detailed functional specifications, process maps, and user stories.
• Implementing a test-and-learn framework to iterate on product capabilities.
• Defining and tracking product KPIs to measure performance and identify opportunities.
• Partnering with stakeholders to create scalable, innovative solutions.
• Staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Using data to make informed decisions and track product performance.

Requirements for this role:

• BA/BS Degree (4-year) (Advanced Degree Preferred).
• 3+ years’ experience in a Product Management Role.
• Experience with integrated B2B2C/B2B products and emerging trends.
• Experience working in a complex global technology company.
• Experienced with the Discovery process.
• Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams, across geographies.
• Able to demonstrate the product management discipline when working on projects.
• Skilled in building products that scale and meet customer needs.
• Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the product marketing / launch process.
• Familiarity with standard development tools such as Jira, Trello, etc.
• Strong organizational skills within a highly demanding environment.
