Job Description

PlayStation is seeking a UX Designer to join their Partner Platform team in London. This role focuses on shaping the future of the PlayStation Partners platform, used by game developers and publishers globally. The UX Designer will be embedded in a cross-functional product development team, working to understand user needs, deliver designs, and advocate for user-centricity.

The role involves hybrid working, with 3-4 days per week at home and 1-2 days in the central London office.

What this role involves:

  • Working within a cross-disciplinary product team to enhance the PS Partners platform.
  • Crafting design solutions from concept to release using sketches, user flows, and Figma prototypes.
  • Collaborating with developers to iterate on designs, balancing feasibility and quality.
  • Advocating for user-centricity with product managers and stakeholders.
  • Participating in user research activities.
  • Sharing and presenting design work for critique.
  • Contributing to UX team resources like the design system.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of UX/Digital Product Design experience, preferably with Enterprise/B2B software.
  • Experience in the entire design process, from discovery to launch.
  • Strong UX design skills, including IA, user flows, and UI components.
  • Experience with design systems, user journey mapping, and web design patterns.
  • Familiarity with web design patterns, standards and industry best practices
  • Experience working with software product teams.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in user interviews and usability testing is a plus.
  • A portfolio showcasing design work and process.
