Job Description

OKX is seeking a Strategic Project/Program Manager to join their Global CEO Office in Singapore. This role is crucial for driving top-priority projects and programs, focusing on enhancing tech stability, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. The Project/Program Manager will be responsible for managing complex, cross-functional initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

The role involves:

  • Leading and managing high-impact, cross-functional projects.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans.
  • Designing and executing programs that drive technical stability, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to implement best practices.
  • Working closely with business development, marketing, and product teams to identify and execute initiatives that drive revenue growth.
  • Acting as a liaison between the CEO Office and various departments.

OKX requires candidates to have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably within the technology or financial services industry.
  • A proven track record of managing large-scale, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of technical operations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
