(Senior) Product Manager, DEX Institution Trading

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of the OKX DEX Institution Trading Product, with a primary focus on DEX API. This role involves defining the product vision and roadmap, and delivering a best-in-class API experience.Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis.
• Identify new opportunities and use cases for the DEX API.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate user needs into detailed product specifications and API documentation.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams.
• Oversee the API's performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Act as the primary advocate for developers using the OKX DEX API.
• Collaborate with developer relations and marketing teams to create comprehensive documentation.
• Engage with the developer community through forums, social media, and events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably with a focus on API products, trading systems, or FinTech.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, DeFi, and DEXs.
• Proven experience in defining and launching successful API products.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
• Fluency in English.
