OKX is seeking a Principal/Senior Product Manager to enhance its compliance systems, focusing on the institutional onboarding experience. This role involves leading the development of a secure and scalable onboarding workflow tailored to the needs of business and enterprise customers.
The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance user experience, operational scalability, and regulatory readiness. The ideal candidate will possess strong Product Management skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and user empathy.
What this role involves:
- Owning the product strategy and roadmap for institutional clients, including document collection, entity verification, and account activation.
- Identifying friction points in the customer journey and creating user-friendly experiences.
- Collaborating with Compliance, operations, and business teams to translate requirements into product solutions.
- Using data and experimentation to make informed product decisions.
- Simplifying complex processes through product design and automation.
- Driving alignment across stakeholders, balancing user experience, business needs, and regulatory obligations.
- Designing product solutions that are audit-ready and adaptable to evolving regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to B2B, fintech, or enterprise platforms.
- Experience building onboarding, identity verification, or enterprise account experiences.
- Strong product intuition with a user-first mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Experience working with regulatory/risk requirements.
- Strong systems thinker who can simplify complex workflows.
- Proven ability to work across technical, compliance, business, and operational teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
