Job Description

Lucid Software, a leader in visual collaboration, is seeking an EMEA SMB New Logo Account Executive to drive business growth by introducing Lucidspark, Lucidchart, and Lucidscale to small and medium-sized businesses. The ideal candidate will be collaborative and customer-focused, helping to expand Lucid's reach.

Responsibilities:

  • Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and identify strategic opportunities.
  • Develop innovative approaches to prospecting and pipeline generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain transparent and accurate forecasts.
  • Become a trusted advisor and expert on Lucid's value propositions.
  • Demonstrate initiative in identifying growth opportunities.
  • Meet team standards around activity, accountability, and SLAs.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of sales closing experience OR 2+ years of business development experience in SaaS/tech.
  • Experience building relationships and closing business.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.
  • Fluent in English, with bonus points for Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish.
  • Must work from the Amsterdam office two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday).
