Recharge is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their Sales team in Toronto. Recharge is a leading subscription platform that empowers ecommerce brands to manage and grow their subscriber base. The Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying leads, communicating Recharge's value proposition to prospective merchants, and driving sales growth.Recharge is an equal opportunity employer that values accountability, collaboration, iteration and details.What this role involves:
  • Identifying and targeting emerging merchants.
  • Using various channels to connect with prospective merchants.
  • Communicating Recharge’s value proposition.
  • Managing a pipeline of prospects in Salesforce and Outreach.io.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and partnership teams.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for Recharge.
What candidate should bring:
  • Inside technology sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • High energy and a positive attitude.
  • Motivation and a self-starting attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach.io, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the ecommerce industry is a plus.
