Job Description
Recharge, a leading subscription platform for ecommerce brands, is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their growing Sales team. This role is based in their Lehi, Utah office. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, communicating Recharge’s value proposition, and driving sales growth through new customer acquisition.

Role involves:
  • Identifying and targeting emerging merchants.
  • Using cold calling, emailing, video, and social selling to connect with prospective merchants.
  • Communicating Recharge’s value proposition.
  • Managing a pipeline of prospects in Salesforce and Outreach.io.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and partnership teams.

Requirements:
  • Inside technology sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • High degree of motivation and a positive attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach.io, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the ecommerce industry is a plus.
