Job Description
EBANX is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their team in Curitiba. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining web interfaces for merchants and customers globally. The engineer will write accessible, responsive code using modern front-end frameworks, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the design system.EBANX is a leading payment platform connecting global companies with customers from fast-growing digital markets.   • Designing, building, and maintaining intuitive and high-performing web interfaces.
  • Writing accessible, responsive, and well-documented code using modern front-end frameworks.
  • Performing thorough code reviews and mentoring peers.
  • Contributing to the evolution of the design system.
  • Collaborating with Designers, PMs, and other engineering teams.
  • Improving front-end architecture for scalability and performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience developing and deploying production-grade front-end applications.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and React.
  • Deep understanding of component-based architecture, state management, and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with front-end build tools and workflows (Webpack etc).
  • Familiarity with testing tools and practices (Jest, Testing Library, Cypress etc).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Expertise in git or any collaborative version control system.
  • Ability to learn new practices, technologies, and programming languages.
