Job Description
Pushpay is seeking an Account Based Marketing Program Coordinator to support the execution of its account-based marketing programs. This role acts as a bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring ABM campaigns are effective and contribute to business goals. The ABM Program Coordinator will collaborate with internal departments, the digital advertising agency, and external contractors.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to align on ABM strategies.
  • Coordinate the logistics of the ABM program, tracking timelines and deadlines.
  • Assist in managing ABM initiatives through Demandbase.
  • Support sales teams with resources, insights, and reports.
  • Coordinate campaigns, events, and webinars.
  • Manage and distribute ABM-related content.
  • Organize internal meetings to align sales and marketing.
  • Monitor campaign performance data.
  • Streamline ABM processes and tools.
  • Stay current on ABM trends and tools.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or ABM.
  • Experience supporting ABM or lead-generation campaigns.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Demandbase and Asana.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot), and analytics platforms preferred.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or enterprise solutions preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Understanding of ABM/ABX strategies, frameworks, and tools.
  • Knowledge of ABM and paid marketing campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and deadlines.
  • Self-starter and strong problem-solver.
