Job Description

The Senior Release Manager role at 2K Games, located in Montreal, Canada, is responsible for overseeing code and metadata submissions through the First Party Submission process for assigned projects. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Release Compliance. The Senior Release Manager will manage the release process for specific products, submit code and metadata to major gaming platforms, and create submission schedules.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the release process for specific products.
• Submitting code and metadata assets to major gaming platforms.
• Creating submission work back schedules.
• Identifying schedule risks with Core Teams and Production, creating mitigation plans.
• Communicating with Production and Marketing teams regarding code status, metadata, and submission timing.
• Coordinating with the Customer Success team regarding customer-related issues.
• Notifying teams of holidays, closures, and changes impacting submission schedules.
• Providing clear communication with gaming platforms, Take-Two, and managers about project needs.
• Auditing submission work of Associate Managers.
• Participating in recruiting and interview processes.

Requirements include:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience configuring and submitting code and metadata to gaming platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and platforms simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency with PCs, gaming consoles, and related hardware.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace.
