Job Description

EarnIn is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to join their Design Team in Bangkok. This role will focus on building and maintaining the mobile design system infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be passionate about UX, consistency, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Senior iOS Engineer will partner with designers, Android peers, and product engineers to ensure a unified, scalable, and accessible design system across platforms. This position is hybrid, requiring two days a week onsite at the Bangkok office.

What this role involves:
  • Owning and evolving the iOS side of the design system framework.
  • Collaborating with designers to translate Figma designs into UI components.
  • Partnering with Android and product engineers for design parity.
  • Managing the design system backlog.
  • Defining versioning and governance standards.
  • Creating internal documentation and onboarding resources.
  • Monitoring token and component usage.
  • Implementing unit and UI tests.
  • Upholding design and accessibility standards.
What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proficiency in Swift and modern iOS development tools.
  • Experience contributing to a shared iOS UI library or design system.
  • Understanding of UX and interaction design principles.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Familiarity with cross-platform consistency challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • 5+ years of iOS development experience.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
