Account Executive, Mid-Market, Northern Europe at Notion

Notion, a company aiming to make software customization accessible to everyone, is seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive to join their GTM Sales Team. The role is based in Dublin, Ireland, and focuses on expanding Notion's customer base across Northern Europe.

The Account Executive will be key in building pipeline, generating revenue, and nurturing relationships with strategic customers. This individual will also contribute to refining sales strategies and providing customer insights to guide product development.

Notion is an in-person company and the employee is expected to work from the office for the majority of the week, namely on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Role Involves:

• Prospecting and developing new accounts.
• Maintaining relationships with existing customers and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Iterating on the contract renewal process.
• Conducting customer meetings to understand their challenges and goals.
• Delivering product demos.
• Building sales playbooks.
• Liaising with the user base to provide customer experience.
• Collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full cycle sales experience in a software company.
• Record of achieving or exceeding quotas.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Builder mentality.
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations.
