Job Description
KnowBe4 is seeking a B2B Sales Representative to focus on increasing market share in SMB market accounts. The representative will act as a subject matter expert, taking a consultative approach with potential clients. This role is a key contributor to the success of the SMB sales team, driving the adoption of KnowBe4’s Security Awareness Training Platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell KnowBe4’s range of products and services
  • Identify and close net new customers in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain pipeline of potential customers
  • Forecast new business prospects
  • Identify key decision makers and qualify new business opportunities
  • Articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4’s products
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas and/or targets
  • Follow up on marketing leads to generate new sales opportunities
  • Act strategically in offering or negotiating discounted pricing
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records for customer interactions

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in sales
  • 1-3 years selling software to Small Medium Enterprise a plus
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security Field
  • Experience with Salesforce and Gmail
  • Network or Security Plus preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Stats driven business professional
  • Motivated, energetic self-starter
  • Strong collaborative and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision
