Job Description
KnowBe4 is seeking a Sales Account Executive to employ a consultative selling approach. The Account Executive will manage opportunities within small and mid-sized businesses, promoting KnowBe4’s security awareness training platform. This role offers uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, and a positive work environment with growth opportunities.Responsibilities include:
  • Promoting and selling KnowBe4’s products and services.
  • Identifying and closing new customers.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential customers.
  • Forecasting new business prospects.
  • Identifying key decision-makers and qualifying new business opportunities.
  • Articulating the value proposition of KnowBe4’s products.
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly quotas.
  • Following up on marketing leads.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Minimum qualifications include:
  • Bachelor’s degree (a plus).
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • 1-3 years of experience selling software to Small Medium Enterprises (a plus).
  • Familiarity with IT Security concepts.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Gmail.
  • Network or Security Plus (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Motivated and collaborative.
