Job Description
KnowBe4 is seeking a Sales Account Executive to employ a consultative selling approach. The Account Executive will manage opportunities within small and mid-sized businesses, promoting KnowBe4’s security awareness training platform. This role offers uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, and a positive work environment with growth opportunities.Responsibilities include:
- Promoting and selling KnowBe4’s products and services.
- Identifying and closing new customers.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential customers.
- Forecasting new business prospects.
- Identifying key decision-makers and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Articulating the value proposition of KnowBe4’s products.
- Achieving or exceeding monthly quotas.
- Following up on marketing leads.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Minimum qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree (a plus).
- Proven track record in sales.
- 1-3 years of experience selling software to Small Medium Enterprises (a plus).
- Familiarity with IT Security concepts.
- Experience with Salesforce and Gmail.
- Network or Security Plus (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Motivated and collaborative.
