Job Description

KnowBe4 is seeking a SMB Sales Representative to join their team in Clearwater, FL. The role involves generating new opportunities, running online demos, and selling KnowBe4's Security Awareness Training Platform to small and mid-sized businesses. The successful candidate may have opportunities for promotion to Mid-Market or Enterprise sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell KnowBe4’s range of products and services
  • Identify and close net new customers in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain pipeline of potential customers
  • Forecast new business prospects
  • Identify key decision makers and qualify new business opportunities
  • Articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4’s products
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas and/or targets
  • Follow up on marketing leads
  • Act strategically in offering or negotiating discounted pricing
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with the Administration Policy

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Proven track record in sales
  • 1-3 years selling software to Small Medium Enterprise a plus
  • Familiarity with standard concepts within the IT Security Field
  • Experience with Salesforce and Gmail
  • Network or Security Plus preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Stats driven business professional
  • Motivated, energetic self-starter
  • Strong collaborative and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision
