Fullstack Engineer - B2B

Job Description

FREENOW is seeking a highly motivated Fullstack Engineer to join its B2B team in Athens. The B2B team focuses on developing innovative mobility solutions for medium and large-sized businesses, enhancing the business traveler experience and providing administrative tools for corporate clients to manage travel expenses and streamline processes. The role involves working in a multinational, diverse, and collaborative team that values excellence and fun.

The role involves:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services.
• Building and enhancing customer-facing and internal web applications.
• Taking end-to-end ownership of feature development and technical improvements.
• Collaborating with engineers, designers, product managers, and customer success teams.
• Exploring and incorporating AI-powered enhancements.
• Shaping and evolving team practices.
• Maintaining system reliability and observability.
• Engaging in backend and frontend communities.

Requirements:

• Solid experience with both backend or frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with technologies like Kotlin, Spring, TypeScript, and React.
• Ownership of work and a proactive approach to improving code quality and processes.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, self-organized team environment.
• Open-mindedness, adaptability, and enjoyment in working with diverse team members.
• Motivation in a purpose-driven environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
