Job Description
Sezzle is seeking a Product Operations Director to lead their Media and Affiliate strategy. This role is crucial for driving revenue by optimizing user traffic and ensuring accuracy in all media-related operations. The Product Operations Director will define and execute Sezzle's media strategy within the Sezzle app and beyond.Role involves:
  • Owning the affiliate P&L and setting quarterly revenue goals.
  • Defining media strategy and benchmarking against competitors.
  • Negotiating and optimizing rates with networks and direct merchants.
  • Working with Product to manage feeds, SKU mapping, and tracking links.
  • Deploying experiments to optimize placements and promotions.
  • Creating a consolidated system for merchant terms and creative assets.
  • Analyzing and reporting on key metrics using SQL dashboards.
  • Ensuring compliance with network policies and privacy regulations.
  • Coordinating with various teams to monetize mobile app traffic efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in product ops, marketing growth, or performance partnerships.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through affiliate or partner channels.
  • Comfortable negotiating with partners and using SQL.
  • Fluent in attribution tech and affiliate networks.
  • Data-first mindset with strong Excel skills.
