Job Description
The Customer Success Manager role at Disguise involves managing relationships with key accounts, ensuring their success and satisfaction with Disguise's products and services. This role reports to the Head of Live Events and collaborates with the VP of Customer Excellence, playing a crucial part in the Customer Excellence team. The ideal candidate will be organized, a confident self-starter, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for onboarding and support.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Preparing annual account plans and regular account reviews.
  • Acting as a customer advocate within the company.
  • Maintaining organized documentation of customer interactions.
  • Monitoring project timelines and budgets.
  • Providing regular project updates and addressing concerns.
  • Managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Reporting to senior leadership.

Requirements include:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer relationship management.
  • Understanding of Disguise technology or the Entertainment technology industry.
  • Experience in creative industries (asset).
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach.
  • First-class communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create a positive team culture.
  • Flexibility, innovation, and forward-thinking.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality results.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in a second European language (advantageous).
