Job Description
Landor is seeking a Client Services Intern to support its Client Services team in Mumbai. The intern will play a crucial role in providing support across a wide range of projects, assisting team members with day-to-day activities. This involves cross-department project coordination to ensure smooth communication between client services, strategy, creative, and production departments, along with research and audit tasks.
Role Involves:
- Managing daily activity in client relationships and project management.
- Organizing internal and external meetings.
- Providing clear and concise meeting reports.
- Updating associated project status.
- Collaborating with strategy and creative teams in preparing briefs and participating in ideation sessions.
- Ensuring up-to-date resourcing for each project.
- Scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
- Participating in project meetings and taking minutes for follow-up actions.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to take complete ownership and responsibility of running a project end-to-end.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or work experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
