Job Description

Landor is seeking a Client Services Intern to support its Client Services team in Mumbai. The intern will play a crucial role in providing support across a wide range of projects, assisting team members with day-to-day activities. This involves cross-department project coordination to ensure smooth communication between client services, strategy, creative, and production departments, along with research and audit tasks.

Role Involves:

  • Managing daily activity in client relationships and project management.
  • Organizing internal and external meetings.
  • Providing clear and concise meeting reports.
  • Updating associated project status.
  • Collaborating with strategy and creative teams in preparing briefs and participating in ideation sessions.
  • Ensuring up-to-date resourcing for each project.
  • Scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
  • Participating in project meetings and taking minutes for follow-up actions.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to take complete ownership and responsibility of running a project end-to-end.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior internship or work experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
