Xometry is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner Director to collaborate with executive leadership and translate business objectives into impactful talent strategies. This role is pivotal in shaping organizational capabilities and fostering a culture of high performance.Responsibilities include:
- Developing and leading HR programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Providing executive-level guidance on talent strategies.
- Partnering with senior leadership to develop and retain top talent.

- Championing inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility principles.
- Driving the evolution of best practices within the HRBP function.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
- 7+ years in a senior HR Business Partner or equivalent leadership role.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s degree highly preferred.
- Extensive experience in designing and managing complex talent programs.
- Deep expertise in people analytics, compensation, and strategic budgeting.
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Superior ability to build effective relationships with employees and leaders.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- A highly strategic thinker with the capacity to navigate between strategic vision and tactical execution.
