Xometry is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner Director to collaborate with executive leadership and translate business objectives into impactful talent strategies. This role is pivotal in shaping organizational capabilities and fostering a culture of high performance.Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and leading HR programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Providing executive-level guidance on talent strategies.
  • Partnering with senior leadership to develop and retain top talent.
  • Enhancing employee engagement and developing engagement frameworks.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of organizational health and culture.
  • Guiding employees and leaders through complex employee relations scenarios.
  • Designing and implementing career frameworks and progression paths.
  • Utilizing people analytics to inform talent strategies.
  • Collaborating with talent acquisition to secure top-tier talent.
  • Championing inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility principles.
  • Driving the evolution of best practices within the HRBP function.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
  • 7+ years in a senior HR Business Partner or equivalent leadership role.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s degree highly preferred.
  • Extensive experience in designing and managing complex talent programs.
  • Deep expertise in people analytics, compensation, and strategic budgeting.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior ability to build effective relationships with employees and leaders.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • A highly strategic thinker with the capacity to navigate between strategic vision and tactical execution.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
