Job Description
Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer, EMEA, to join their team. This remote role based in Spain involves being a customer-facing product expert, enabling Grafana Labs' growth by educating potential and existing customers. The Solutions Engineer shares technical and product expertise through demos, presentations, and ongoing interaction, partnering with the Sales team to qualify opportunities and acting as a communication bridge between customers, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
Role involves:
- Partnering with the Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition.
- Owning the technical engagement with customers.
- Delivering product and technical presentations.
- Communicating with customers and internal teams for product feedback.
- Driving product conversations based on customer needs.
- Enhancing documentation and creating enablement material.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies.
- Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- First-class written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to articulate the value proposition and technical advantages of products.
- Technical mindset and desire to grow technically.
- Must be located in Spain.
