Notion is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join their GTM Sales Team in Dublin. The Account Executive will play a key role in building pipeline, generating revenue, and expanding strategic customers in the Southern Europe market.Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and develop new potential accounts by educating contacts about Notion's collaboration, transparency, and productivity benefits.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Notion's existing customer base, identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Iterate on the contract renewal process to retain and grow customers.
  • Hold face-to-face and Zoom meetings to understand customer challenges and goals.
  • Drive executive-level relationships.
  • Run product demos to close business at or above quota level.
  • Help build playbooks and define our sales motion.
  • Liaise with the user base to provide world-class customer experience.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience at a fast-growing software company.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • A track record of high achievement, meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Positive and open-minded attitude.
  • A strong desire to be successful without sacrificing values.
  • Builder mentality thriving in collaborative environments.
  • Ability to operate within ambiguity and find creative solutions.
