Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to inquiries from new and existing customers via live chat, phone, or email.

  • Maintaining high channel productivity across different mediums.
  • Acting as a liaison for customer feedback to product and technical teams.
  • Building a knowledge base of FAQs and documenting customer feedback.
