The role involves ensuring efficient dispatch operations and team management within a dynamic, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational standards, addressing deviations, and contributing to the company's goal of becoming the top e-commerce platform in Africa.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring correct scanning of dispatches.
• Visually inspecting dispatches for defects.
• Ensuring timely loading and release of outbound vehicles.
• Checking and distributing dispatch documentation.
• Ensuring staff compliance with SOPs.
• Addressing deviations and reporting on KPI measures.
• Managing equipment and PPE effectively.
• Maintaining cleanliness in operational areas.

Requirements:

• Flexibility, punctuality, and reliability.
• Good concentration and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work shifts.
• Investigation experience.
• Minimum of Grade 12.
• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain or Logistics.
• 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Fleet admin and Team leader experience.
• Sound Computer Skills including MS Word, Excel and Email Software.
