Job Description
Click Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive the execution of one of its core digital therapeutics programs. The Senior Program Manager will lead a cross-functional team, oversee program advancement, and represent the program before leadership. This role involves working closely with Click colleagues and external partners to ensure program success. The position is based in Tribeca, NYC, and follows a hybrid working model with at least 3 days in the office each week.
Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-functional activities and project plans.
- Lead and organize meetings.
- Facilitate communication between leadership and the program team.
- Coordinate roles and responsibilities with external counterparts.
- Conduct program strategic planning.
- Manage execution of responsibilities, timelines, and budget tracking.
- Identify and problem-solve program issues.
- Gather stakeholder feedback and participate in cross-program learning meetings.
- Track progress against work plans and generate status updates.
Requirements:
- 8-12+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Development, or Management Consulting in the life sciences industry.
- A graduate of a 4-year degree with a top-tier university.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and drive projects.
- Adaptability to a dynamic atmosphere.
- Experience with agile development methodologies preferred.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to develop rapport with stakeholders.
- Superb writing and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and strong critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
