Job Description
Harbor is seeking a Junior Consultant to join their Australian team within the Legal Technology and Operations (LT+O) practice group. This hybrid position, based in Sydney, Australia, involves working closely with a skilled team across multiple time zones to ensure successful client engagements and consistent client satisfaction.

The role involves:
  • Developing and improving complex applications.
  • Maintaining existing applications.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving client issues.
  • Acquiring and maintaining business domain knowledge.
  • Ensuring SLAs are adhered to.
  • Undertaking software installations.
  • Upgrading systems and processes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, information systems, or equivalent.
  • Object-Oriented Programming knowledge.
  • Knowledge of VB, C#, SQL, XML, JSON, Web Services.
  • Knowledge of Windows Operating System.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of ITIL frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to change and learn new skillsets.
