Job Description
Appspace is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the lifecycle of their accounts, managing customers from onboarding through renewals. The Customer Success Manager will develop trusted relationships with customers to promote retention, acting as both an advocate and advisor. They will communicate regularly with customers to provide account assistance and facilitate the adoption of new features to drive positive outcomes, working with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are addressed.Role involves:
- Owning the customer experience, including adoption and value of Appspace, customer satisfaction, and retention.
- Conducting frequent check-in meetings with assigned customers.
- Driving subscription renewal and/or expansion processes.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
- Promoting customer awareness of new releases and features.
- Serving as the customer advocate.
- Helping resolve customer questions and escalating support tickets as needed.
- Delivering or arranging training sessions.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in business development/account management/sales.
- Experience in the computer software industry (SaaS) preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with innovative ideas.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Technically inclined and able to quickly train customers on software changes.
- Degree in Business, Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline preferred.
