Job Description

The Disponent (m/w/d) role at the company involves coordinating vehicle appraisers' schedules to ensure they are where needed. They will maintain oversight of all requests and available resources, communicate effectively with customers and vehicle appraisers to optimize scheduling, and find suitable solutions for each request with flexibility and customer focus. The role also involves matching appraisers to assignments based on their strengths and availability, optimizing routes for efficiency, and providing organizational support using the Field Service Console in Salesforce.
