Notion is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join their EMEA sales team in Dublin, Ireland. The company aims to empower individuals and teams by enabling them to tailor software to solve problems. This role is instrumental in defining the sales motion, shaping the product, and driving revenue.

What the role involves:

  • Prospecting and developing new accounts, educating them on Notion's benefits.
  • Conducting face-to-face and Zoom meetings to understand customer challenges.
  • Running product demos to close business at or above quota.
  • Helping build playbooks and define the sales motion.
  • Liaising with the EMEA user base to provide customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of full cycle sales experience at a growing software company.
  • Hunter mindset and results-driven approach to building a new business pipeline.
  • A track record of high achievement, consistently hitting or exceeding quotas.
  • A strong growth mindset and desire for learning and development.
  • A positive and open-minded attitude.
  • A builder's mentality who thrives in collaborative environments.

Notion is an in-person company that requires employees to come to the Dublin office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).
