Job Description
iFood is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. This role is crucial for understanding and optimizing the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes. The ideal candidate will develop technical tools using DataBricks, BI, and Python to support strategic decisions and improve planning processes. They will serve as the focal point for the Supply Planning area, driving technical improvements and corrections.
Responsibilities include:
- Understanding and addressing pain points within S&OP and S&OE processes.
- Developing technical tools using DataBricks, BI, and Python.
- Serving as the focal point for Supply Planning with the Data team.
- Reviewing and implementing improvements in data processes and governance.
- Analyzing projections to support strategic decisions.
- Connecting with different teams and stakeholders to identify problems and propose solutions.
- Ensuring autonomy in resolving technical problems.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge in DataBricks, BI (Power BI or Tableau), Python, and statistical analysis techniques.
- Experience in S&OP and S&OE or related areas of demand and supply planning.
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into practical solutions.
- Dynamic profile with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Autonomy to handle technical challenges and guide recommendations.
