Job Description
iFood is seeking a Senior Onboarding Analyst for iFood Pago, its Fintech division. This role involves managing the onboarding process for new clients, from contract signing to service activation. The analyst will conduct online and in-person training sessions, provide consultative support, and monitor client activity to ensure revenue generation and proper use of the company's products. They will also provide feedback to product and development teams based on client experiences.

Role involves:
  • Conducting onboarding for new clients.
  • Scheduling and conducting client visits for training.
  • Providing consultative support to clients.
  • Monitoring client activity and revenue generation.
  • Providing feedback to product and development teams.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of CRM, preferably HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Experience with database usage.
  • Experience using WhatsApp Business.
  • Effective communication skills and resilience under pressure.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced level in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Availability for travel within Brazil.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model.
