Job Description
iFood is seeking a Senior People Analytics Analyst to join their team in Osasco, São Paulo, Brazil. This role involves strategic partnership with the Compensation team, Business Partners, and HR specialists, translating needs into actionable analyses to support decisions and the evolution of the compensation strategy. The analyst will connect compensation data with other aspects of the employee journey, such as performance, mobility, D&EI, engagement, and turnover, generating integrated and predictive analyses.

Role Involves:
  • Acting as a strategic partner to the Compensation team.
  • Connecting compensation data with other HR areas.
  • Creating dynamic and scalable data solutions.
  • Ensuring the quality and impact of algorithms and models.
  • Maintaining the integrity of metrics and indicators.
  • Exploring internal and market data sources.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience with compensation analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL for manipulating complex databases.
  • Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, data modeling, and quantitative methods.
  • Experience in data storytelling and presenting analyses.
  • Familiarity with Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Intermediate English skills.
