The Data Science Manager will lead and develop a senior team focused on promotions and data modeling, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. He will manage the software engineering team focused on promotions, ensuring effective connection with engineering and product teams. He will structure and develop the investment optimization platform, reporting directly to the area manager. He will lead modeling and software engineering projects, ensuring the continuity and evolution of processes.

Role Involves:

• Leading and developing a senior team focused on promotions and data modeling.

Requirements:

• Experience in leading data science teams or projects, with skills in data modeling and operations research.
• Analytical ability to optimize decisions in contexts with restrictions, such as allocation of deliverers and promotions.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to make strategic and informed decisions.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, with a focus on flexibility and collaboration.
• Ability to manage and inspire teams, promoting innovation and consistent results.
