Job Description

JD Sports is seeking a Floor Manager H/F to oversee a department within their store. The Floor Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates and supervisors, working to improve the profitability of their department, and ensuring the overall presentation of the sales floor. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with experience in sales and team management.

Role Involves:

• Leading a team of salespeople and supervisors.
• Improving department profitability.
• Performing store openings and/or closings.
• Handling HR tasks such as scheduling and recruitment.
• Ensuring the sales floor is well-presented.

Requirements:

• Previous team management experience.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Versatility in handling both people and numbers.
