Job Description
Clear Street is seeking a Client Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for its Prime Brokerage Clients. In this role, the CSR will leverage all departments of the firm to deliver white-glove service and meet client needs. The CSR will be a part of the transition/integration phase of the onboarding process to ensure a smooth go-live. It is important to communicate internally to relevant teams, such as sales, management, of any important issues with the clients they cover.Responsibilities include:
- Relationship management including client visits
- Liaising with other areas of the firm to solve client queries
- Understanding Clear Street technology/reporting and training clients on them
- Ensuring clients understand their margin reports/requirements
- Working closely with technology teams to give feedback
Requirements:
- Preferably 5-7 years in the Prime Broker space
- Team Player
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience with financial instruments
- Ability to communicate all types of messages with clients
- Self-Starter and someone who can take initiative
- Proficiency in excel a plus
