FIU Alerts Analyst I

The Alerts Analyst I will be responsible for analyzing customer and transactional activity to identify unusual activity involving Pathward accounts and services.

What this role involves:

• Analyzing customer profiles and transactional activity.
• Deeming activity as normal or unusual.
• Completing and maintaining accurate documentation for all alert reviews.
• Taking appropriate action from notifications received through internal and external sources.
• Answering inbound and outbound communications.
• Meeting or exceeding quality, productivity, and leadership metrics.

Requirements:

• Data gathering and analysis skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Written communication skills.
• One or more years’ experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking products and operations is helpful.
• High school certification or equivalent required.
• Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or Certified Financial Crime Specialist (CFCS) preferred.
• Ability to identify and interpret relevant information.
• Upholding accepted social and ethical standards.
